  • Turn the printer off, and then back on the printer. Check the network connections. Make sure there is no loose connection.
  • Restart your computer and if it does not make your printer work again, you have to install your driver. Go to “Setting” and then you will found “Printer”, right click on it and click “Properties”. Look for, select the driver button, and choose the driver.
  • Pick the printer again. Go to “Setting”, select the printer, delete it, and then go to “Add Printer” to reinstall your printer.
